Founder and member of the board of the Association Académique Internationale de Gouvernance (AAIG). His research focuses on corporate governance topics such as audit and the market for corporate control.
Paul André, Professor of Accounting, ESSEC Business School, and Research Director of the ESSEC KPMG Financial Reporting Centre. He is a board member of the Association Académique Internationale de Gouvernance (AAIG). His research focuses on the topics of financial reporting, earnings quality, corporate governance, ownership structures, auditing and mergers and acquisitions.
Géraldine Broye, HDR, is Professor of Finance at EM Strasbourg Business School and Associate Dean for University Masters. She is a member of the board of the Association Académique Internationale de Gouvernance (AAIG). Her research focuses on corporate governance topics such as audit and executive compensation.
Michel Magnan, Professor, is the holder of the Stephen. A. Jarislowsky Governance Chair at Concordia's John Molson School of Business (Montréal, Canada). He is a board member of the Association Académique Internationale de Gouvernance (AAIG). He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Washington, is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) and an administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC). His research activities are focused on financial statement analysis, governance, performance and compensation management, corporate social responsibility, and environmental and ethical issues. He is member of the Conseil des Normes Comptables of Canada and board member of Desjardins Inc. Asset Management and of the Governance Institute of public and private organizations.
Sylvie St-Onge, Ph.D, is professor of management at HEC Montréal (Québec, Canada). She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Industrial relationships. She is a member of two professional oragnizations : Fellow conseillère en ressources humaines agrée (CRHA) and administratrice de sociétés certifiée (ASC). Her research activities in governance concern the quality and the efficiency of relationships inside boards, and the compensation management. As an expert of HR, she works on compensation and performance at work, career management, individual coaching and other topics in HR (diversity, burn out, harassment).
