ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION

The scientific aim of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation axis is to develop original reflection on sustainable business models, implications for gender education and social and societal responsibility for education in entrepreneurship.

STUDY REVOLVES AROUND TWO MAIN ISSUES:

What conceptual changes can further develop the notion of responsibility or durability to entrepreneurship ?

How do these changes affect the transfer of knowledge to our stakeholders: students, entrepreneurs, support and development structures and entrepreneurship?

CHAIR OF EVALUATION OF BUSINESS MODELS IN THE AGRI-FOOD SECTOR

Established in April 2017, the Chair, in partnership with the VITAGORA business cluster, is committed to supporting companies as they reflect on the need to evaluate their Business Models and to disseminate knowledge to students, society and the scientific community. Recognised on a European and global scale, it acts as a ‘reference centre’ on the subject.

THE CHAIR SERVES A THREEFOLD PURPOSE:

Produce and disseminate a diagnosis as well as recommendations for VITAGORA members.

Carry out applied research, in connection with the companies and institutions interested in the development of new Business Models, aimed both VITAGORA members and wider society.

#3

Following on from this work, create innovative new training in initial and continuing education.
