Entrance exams to Bachelor and Master degrees in Ukraine organised in France this summer
The Ukrainian Ministry of National Education has asked the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, as well as its European counterparts, to help organise the Bachelor and Master access tests (in the higher education system) for Ukrainian students in France.
These exams, which are required in Ukraine for entry to Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, should enable Ukrainian students to preserve their chances of being able to resume their studies in Ukraine as soon as possible, without losing a year.
The agreement in principle was immediately given, and the rectorates of the academic regions of Bordeaux, Marseille and Paris will thus set up three test centres hosted by higher education institutions, in accordance with the requests of the Ukrainian Ministry. The exam sessions will be conducted simultaneously in Ukraine and in the other countries.
For France, the tests will take place in Paris, Marseille and Bordeaux:
- For the NMT (access to the Bachelor’s degree): 22 and 23 July; with a re-sit session on 17 August (registration closed on 7 June)
- For the MTC (access to the Master’s degree): 10 August; with a re-sit session on 7 September: students are invited to confirm their registration between 27 June and 18 July
Therefore, each Ukrainian student who is concerned has to register as soon as possible to take the tests in one of the centres. All relevant information can be found in this document – in Ukrainian and English.
