A three-step learning journey

The Bachelor in Management programme unfolds over three progressive years, designed to help you master the core fundamentals of management in France and internationally.

Bachelor 1

Discover

You build strong foundations in management, marketing, economics, finance and law. You complete your first 8 to 12-week internship and take part in an international seminar to improve your language skills and broaden your horizons.

Bachelor 2

Experiment

You deepen your knowledge and take part in an international mobility programme (semester or summer school). You complete a second internship of at least four months, gaining hands-on exposure to the realities of business, ideally within the luxury sector.

Bachelor 3

Specialise

You choose the Digital Management specialisation and develop key skills to understand the impact of digital transformation, manage digital strategies and design innovative projects. You explore the core pillars of digital business — marketing, design, strategy and entrepreneurship — culminating in the creation of a start-up business plan. You complete an applied digital project that showcases your expertise to recruiters. This third year is offered exclusively as a full-time programme, with a choice between an English-taught or French-taught track.

An international perspective throughout the Bachelor's program.

From your first year, you'll participate in an international seminar at BSB or one of our 13 partner destinations to improve your language skills and discover another academic culture.

In your second year, you can spend a semester or attend a summer school at one of our 200 partner universities, some of which are world-renowned in Business Development.

In your third year, and in the initial track, you have the opportunity to go even further with a dual degree. For example, BSB opens the doors to Nottingham Trent University, one of the UK's most prestigious universities for business and management, at the heart of an environment where growth strategies, commercial innovation, and new business models are flourishing.

If you complete your third year as a work-study student, you'll remain on campus, but the international experience will come to you.

Between the courses taught in English, the international speakers, the global business case studies and the presence of students from dozens of countries (+80 nationalities on campus), you experience a global immersion without leaving your work-study program.

Result: your Bachelor in Digital Management is not limited to Dijon or Lyon. It is an international course where you can test several academic and professional experiences abroad, and leave with a profile sought after by recruiters.

FAQ – Everything you need to know

Can I change campus during the programme?

+
For the Digital Management specialisation, you will study in Lyon. However, if you join the Bachelor in Management from Year 1, you can complete Years 1 and 2 in Dijon, before joining the Dijon campus again in Year 3.

Can I study the Bachelor in Digital Management as a work-study programme?

+
No, this specialisation is offered exclusively as a full-time programme, with a minimum four-month internship at the end of the academic year. We support you throughout your internship search thanks to our extensive network of more than 1,500 partner companies.

What is the difference compared to a BTS or a BUT?

+
A BTS or a BUT trains you for a specific profession but is rarely internationally oriented and remains very academic, even though some programmes offer work-study options. The BSB Bachelor in Management is a Bachelor’s degree equivalent (three-year degree), internationally recognised, enriched by a strong global outlook, vibrant student life, field trips to explore key industries, and inspiring encounters through the Inspiring Leaders Meet-ups. In short, it is not just a degree, but a life-changing experience.

Is it compulsory to continue with a Master’s degree?

+
No. Many of our graduates secure their first job directly after completing the Bachelor (with an average gross annual salary of €30,000–€35,000). However, 81% of students choose to continue with a Grande École Master or an MSc to pursue higher-level careers. At BSB, you remain free to decide and can also change specialisation when entering a Master’s programme.

What level of English is required?

+
You do not need to be bilingual from the start. At BSB, you improve your English through courses taught up to 50% in English, included certifications (TOEIC, IELTS) and international immersion experiences. As a result, you naturally gain confidence in working in an international environment. Please note that the Digital Management specialisation is taught in both French and English.

Ready to shape your future?

Choosing BSB goes far beyond selecting a degree.

Over these three years, you will fully experience student life through international exposure, student-led projects, inspiring encounters with business leaders and personalised support.

By choosing the Digital Management specialisation, you build solid foundations to understand digital practices, online behaviours and the mechanisms that drive organisations’ digital performance, while revealing your analytical mindset, creativity and ability to design innovative solutions. You graduate with practical skills, but above all with the mindset, agility and confidence needed to define your own path — whether you choose to enter digital careers directly or continue your studies in marketing, strategy, data or digital transformation.
