Focus on Dijon & Bourgogne
Burgundy is a region of international renown: the Climats of its vineyards benefit from unique geological and climatic conditions, and have joined UNESCO's World Heritage list for their exceptional character.
The wines produced from these centuries-old terroirs are the stuff of dreams for wine-lovers the world over: Romanée-Conti, Clos de Vougeot, Meursault, Pommard, Nuits-Saint-Georges in the heart of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, to name but a few. These wines reflect the full diversity of Burgundy's terroir and the ancestral know-how of its winegrowers.
Studying in this environment is a great opportunity.
Dijon, a city you'll love
The school is located in the heart of Dijon, a city where exceptional heritage, contemporary art, contemporary music and gastronomy come together. Located at kilometre 0 of the Route des Grands Crus, famous for its world-renowned wines, Dijon is regularly ranked as one of the best cities in which to live and, since May 2022, is home to the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin, a UNESCO-recognised venue dedicated to the French art-de-vivre.
Dijon is also home to the headquarters of the OIV (Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin), the world authority for vines and wine, committed to promoting sustainable production and consumer protection.

ÉpistémêThe BSB cuvée in partnership with Armand Heitz
Every year since 2022, a student from the School of Wine & Spirits Business is offered the opportunity to participate in the complete development of a cuvée with a winegrower. This collaborative cuvée project is done in partnership with the winery. Armand Heitz located in Chassagne-Montrachet.
In line with our Connivence cuvée, I decided in collaboration with BSB and the School of Wine & Spirits Business to offer a student the opportunity to make an original wine with me.
