Strategy Consulting & Business Transformation on EN ALTERNANCE

The Consulting specialization in Strategy and Responsible Transformation is designed to prepare students/future consultants to support companies in their evolution at the heart of major geopolitical, economic, societal and environmental challenges. This course offers a total immersion in the art of consulting, combining analytical rigor, creativity and sensitivity to the issues of social responsibility and sustainable transition.

Over the course of the lessons, students will explore the multiple facets of the consulting profession. They will learn to decipher and solve complex problems by adopting an integrated strategic approach, which combines advanced diagnostic methods, project management tools and decision support techniques. The focus is on developing a global and critical vision, which is essential for designing innovative and adapted solutions to contemporary challenges, such as the integration of CSR issues and the transition to more sustainable economic models.

The training also includes an international dimension, through courses in French and English, allowing students to acquire an openness to multicultural environments and to master the codes of consulting on a global scale. This openness to the international community prepares them to evolve with ease in varied contexts, where transformation and strategy practices are applied across borders.

Each module is subject to an evaluation that is defined according to the objectives and the skills sought. These evaluations must be most in line with the tasks requested during professional life. They take place either during or at the end of the module, or at the end of the semester and take different forms:

• Proof written on a table
• Individual work in the form of a file
• Group work
• Individual or group oral presentation

The final paper is eliminated if a grade of at least 10 is not reached.
