FAQ – Everything you need to know

Can I change campus during my studies?

+
Yes! You can start your Bachelor in Dijon and continue in Lyon (or the other way round). Depending on your chosen specialisation, you can benefit from dedicated facilities on one campus or the other.

How do I find a company for my work-study placement?

+
You are never on your own. From the moment you are admitted, you benefit from the support of our Pathfinder™ coaches. CV workshops, interview simulations, job dating events and company forums — not to mention more than 1,500 opportunities offered every year by our partner companies.

Is work-study available from the first year?

+
No, work-study is available only in the third year. The first two years are designed to build strong management foundations, gain international experience and complete your first internships. Earlier work-study positions are often highly operational and less formative, which is why we want you to be fully prepared for a high value-added professional experience in your third year.

What is the difference compared with a BTS or a BUT?

+
A BTS or a BUT prepares you for a specific profession, but is rarely internationally oriented and often remains very academic, even though some programmes may be offered as work-study. The BSB Bachelor in Management is a three-year degree (Bachelor’s level), internationally recognised, enriched by global exposure, a vibrant student life, field trips to explore key industries, and inspiring encounters through the Inspiring Leaders Meet-ups. In short, it is not just a programme, but a true life experience.

Do I have to continue with a Master’s degree?

+
No. Many of our graduates secure their first position straight after the Bachelor (with a gross annual salary of €30,000–€35,000). However, 81% of students choose to continue towards a Grande École Master’s programme or an MSc to access higher-level careers. At BSB, you remain free to choose — and you can even change specialisation at Master’s level.

What level of English is required?

+
You do not need to be fluent from the start. At BSB, you improve naturally through courses taught 50% in English, included certifications (TOEIC, IELTS) and immersive international experiences. The result: greater confidence and ease when working in an international environment.

Ready to shape your future?

Ready to shape your future?

Choosing BSB goes far beyond selecting a degree.

Over these three years, you will fully immerse yourself in student life through international experiences, student-led projects, inspiring encounters with business leaders and personalised support.

By choosing the Marketing and Communication specialisation, you build strong foundations to understand brands, audiences and digital dynamics, while discovering your own strengths and talents. You graduate with valuable skills, but above all with the confidence and network needed to define your own path — whether you choose to enter the job market directly or continue your studies.
