The 3 pillars of the BSB Grande École Master Programme
• Digitalisation: Training in the use of advanced digital tools such as Big Data, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, with particular attention paid to the ethical implications of these technologies.
• Social Responsibility: Education rooted in sustainable development, addressing key issues such as climate, natural resources and social justice, to promote responsible management.
• Globalisation: Preparation for the challenges of globalisation, including an understanding of emerging markets, global financial issues and international regulations, in order to become an open-minded, responsible manager on an international scale.
Leaderskills in an uncertain environment: In a context of uncertainty, leaderskills—the ability to analyse situations with discernment, communicate with impact, and unite people around an ambitious vision—become a genuine lever for success. Leaderskills enable you to anticipate challenges, make informed decisions, and innovate boldly. Those who master these skills will stand out.
Each of these pillars aims to equip you with the agility and competencies needed to drive your professional projects forward through a range of learning opportunities such as bootcamps, innovation challenges and conferences.
