A three-step progression

The Bachelor in Management programme is delivered over three progressive years, enabling you to master the core fundamentals of management in France and internationally.

Bachelor 1

Discover

You build solid foundations in management, marketing, economics, finance and law. You complete your first 8 to 12-week internship and take part in an international seminar to improve your language skills and broaden your horizons.

Bachelor 2

Experiment

You deepen your knowledge and take part in an international mobility programme (semester abroad or summer school). You complete a second internship of at least four months, confronting real business challenges, ideally within the luxury sector.

Bachelor 3

Specialise

You enter the world of luxury marketing and premiumisation, learning to understand the codes, customer profiles and brand image dynamics that shape this demanding sector. You work on real-life cases from luxury houses and high-end brands, analyse customer experiences, retail concepts and premium strategies. You engage with industry professionals and develop a final-year project that demonstrates your ability to tell a brand story, create perceived value and design coherent, high-impact premium strategies. This third year is taught in French and offered in the full-time track.

An international perspective throughout the Bachelor's program.

From your first year, you'll participate in an international seminar at BSB or one of our 13 partner destinations to improve your language skills and discover another academic culture.

In your second year, you can spend a semester or attend a summer school at one of our 200 partner universities, some of which are world-renowned in Business Development.

In your third year, and in the initial track, you have the opportunity to go even further with a dual degree. For example, BSB opens the doors to Nottingham Trent University, one of the UK's most prestigious universities for business and management, at the heart of an environment where growth strategies, commercial innovation, and new business models are flourishing.

If you complete your third year as a work-study student, you'll remain on campus, but the international experience will come to you.

Between the courses taught in English, the international speakers, the global business case studies and the presence of students from dozens of countries (+80 nationalities on campus), you experience a global immersion without leaving your work-study program.

Result: your Luxury & Premiumization Bachelor is not limited to Dijon. It is an international course where you can test several academic and professional experiences abroad, and leave with a profile sought after by recruiters.

FAQ – Everything you need to know

Can I change campus during the programme?

+
Yes! You can start your Bachelor programme in Dijon and continue in Lyon (or vice versa). Depending on your chosen specialisation, you may benefit from dedicated facilities on one campus or the other.

Can I study the Bachelor in Luxury Marketing & Premiumisation as a work-study programme?

+
No, this specialisation is offered exclusively as a full-time programme, including a minimum four-month internship at the end of the academic year. We support you throughout your internship search thanks to our extensive network of over 1,500 partner companies.

What is the difference compared to a BTS or a BUT?

+
A BTS or a BUT prepares students for a specific job role, but is rarely internationally oriented and often remains very academic, even when offered as a work-study programme. The BSB Bachelor in Management is a three-year degree equivalent to a Bachelor’s (Licence level), recognised internationally, enriched by a global outlook, a dynamic student life, field trips to explore key industries, and inspiring encounters through the Inspiring Leaders Meet-ups. In short, it is not just a degree, but a true life experience.

Do I have to continue with a Master’s degree?

+
No. Many of our graduates secure their first professional position directly after completing the Bachelor programme (with an average gross annual salary of €30,000–€35,000). However, 81% of students choose to continue towards a Grande École Master or an MSc in order to access more senior career opportunities. At BSB, you remain free to decide — and you can also change specialisation at Master’s level.

What level of English is required?

+
There is no need to be bilingual from the start. At BSB, you improve your English through courses taught 50% in English, included certifications (TOEIC, IELTS) and international immersion experiences. As a result, you naturally gain confidence to work in an international environment. Please note that the Luxury Marketing & Premiumisation specialisation is taught in French.

Ready to shape your future?

Choosing BSB goes far beyond selecting a degree.

Over these three years, you will fully immerse yourself in student life, combining international experiences, student-led projects, inspiring encounters with leaders and personalised support.

By choosing the Luxury Marketing & Premiumisation specialisation, you will build strong foundations to understand luxury codes, the expectations of demanding clients and the mechanisms that shape brand image and perceived value—while revealing your attention to detail, creativity and ability to design memorable experiences. You will graduate with practical skills, but above all with the mindset, high standards and confidence required to carve your own path, whether you choose to enter the luxury and premium sectors directly or to pursue further studies in marketing, communication or premium brand management.
