A three-step progression

The Bachelor in Management programme unfolds over three progressive years, enabling you to master the core fundamentals of management in France and internationally.

Bachelor Year 1

Discover

Bachelor Year 1 – Discover. You build the foundations of management, marketing, economics, finance and law. You complete your first 8 to 12-week internship and take part in an international seminar to improve your language skills and broaden your horizons.

Bachelor Year 2

Experiment

Experiment. You deepen your knowledge and take part in an international mobility experience (semester or summer school). You complete a second internship of at least four months, confronting the realities of business, ideally within the luxury sector to explore this industry.

Bachelor Year 3

Choose your direction

Choose your direction. You enter the world of Data and Web and learn how organisations use information to make decisions, optimise performance and innovate. You work on real business cases and digital challenges, analyse datasets, build dashboards, measure online performance and explore the uses of emerging technologies. You complete a final-year project that showcases your expertise to recruiters. This third year is taught 100% in English and is available exclusively as a full-time programme.

An international perspective throughout the Bachelor's program.

From your first year, you'll participate in an international seminar at BSB or one of our 13 partner destinations to improve your language skills and discover another academic culture.

In your second year, you can spend a semester or attend a summer school at one of our 200 partner universities, some of which are world-renowned in Business Development.

In your third year, and in the initial track, you have the opportunity to go even further with a dual degree. For example, BSB opens the doors to Nottingham Trent University, one of the UK's most prestigious universities for business and management, at the heart of an environment where growth strategies, commercial innovation, and new business models are flourishing.

If you complete your third year as a work-study student, you'll remain on campus, but the international experience will come to you.

Between the courses taught in English, the international speakers, the global business case studies and the presence of students from dozens of countries (+80 nationalities on campus), you experience a global immersion without leaving your work-study program.

Result: your Data & Web Bachelor is not limited to Dijon. It is an international journey where you can explore other digital approaches, test academic or professional experiences abroad, and come back with a technological and analytical profile that companies are actively looking for.

What you will study in the Bachelor Data & Web at BSB

In addition to management fundamentals, during your third year the Data & Web specialisation immerses you in the tools and methods that turn data into meaningful decisions. FAQ – Everything you need to know

Can I change campus during my studies?

+
For the Data & Web specialisation, you will study in Dijon. However, if you join the Bachelor in Management in Year 1, you may complete your Year 1 and Year 2 in Lyon, then move to the Dijon campus for Year 3.

Can I study the Bachelor Marketing Data & Web as a work-study programme?

+
No, this specialisation is only available as a full-time programme, with a minimum 4-month internship at the end of the academic year. We support you in securing your internship thanks to our extensive network of over 1,500 partner companies.

What is the difference compared to a BTS or a BUT?

+
A BTS or a BUT prepares you for a specific profession, but is rarely internationally oriented and remains very academic, even though some programmes may offer work-study options. The BSB Bachelor in Management is a Bac+3 degree awarding the Licence grade, recognised internationally, enriched with a global outlook, a dynamic student life, field trips to explore key industries, and inspiring encounters through Meet-up Inspiring Leaders. In short, it is not just a degree, but a true life experience.

Do I have to continue on to a Master’s degree?

+
No. Many of our graduates secure their first position directly after the Bachelor (average gross annual salary of €30,000–€35,000). However, 81% of students choose to continue with a Grande École Master or an MSc to pursue higher-level careers. At BSB, you keep your freedom: you may also change specialisation at Master’s level.

What level of English is required?

+
You do not need to be bilingual from the outset. At BSB, you progress through courses taught in both French and English, included certifications (TOEIC, IELTS), and international immersion experiences. As a result, you naturally gain confidence to work in an international environment. Please note that the Data & Web specialisation is taught 100% in English, so you will need to strengthen your English skills during the first two years of the Bachelor in order to follow the Year 3 courses comfortably.

Ready to transform your future?

Choosing BSB goes beyond selecting a degree.

Over these three years, you fully immerse yourself in your studies through international experiences, student-led projects, inspiring encounters with leaders, and personalised support.

By choosing the Data & Web specialisation, you build solid foundations to understand the strategic value of data, the mechanisms that drive digital performance, and the technologies transforming organisations. You develop your analytical mindset, technological curiosity, and your ability to turn complex information into clear, useful decisions.

You graduate with concrete skills, but above all with the mindset, methodology, and confidence needed to shape your own path—whether you choose to enter directly into data and digital roles, or to continue your studies with a Master’s degree or an MSc focused on analytics, digital transformation, or artificial intelligence.
